My Journey with Lalitha Miss in Yoga!

Yes definitely! As much as Lalitha Miss corrects me on how my posture should be, the same amount she encourages me to try again and not give up! She is always adamant that everybody has to practice to get it right, it just doesn’t come magically!

It seems she has invisible superwoman glasses, in which she can correct our yoga asanas/postures through online classes too! I don’t even know how she can tell whether my eyes are slightly open to see the screen while saying prayers, and then Miss will gently point out, 'Avni, Close your eyes!'

Lalitha Miss has never-ending ocean of questions to ask, to see whether we are alert and aware throughout the session! I try to take this quality of Alertness, out of the mat too!

However, on the other hand, as much as she asks questions, she is as open to new ideas, and concepts! We all might have different answers, and she accepts them all, because -Everyone has a different perspective, right? I see 6 and you see 9 😊

We are having a great time in our yoga classes and for sure will grow to become a good human being with all the teachings that we receive from you Lalitha Miss!
